Oh okay. ...So, just to clarify, the reportable limit does not apply to intraday positions? Therefore, daytraders don't even have to worry about it?

I am seeing that WTI crude oil (CL) has a reportable contracts limit at 25 contracts. Is this something to be concerned about? Should I keep my trading to 24 contracts? What happens at 25 contracts...
