I think the way Ninjatrader plots equity curves...

I think the way Ninjatrader plots equity curves is fine for day trading because your account is cash settled every day, but for swing or position trading it's not as effective.

I'd like to say I have a method but I can't really articulate it now so maybe it's more eyeballing than I'd like to admit.

Thinking about it now, I'd say first focus on Win Rate and Profit Factor...

The things I look at the most are - Win rate...

The things I look at the most are

- Win rate
- Profit factor
- Avg Winner / Avg Loser
- Net Profit / Max drawdown
- Avg Trade Profit Amount
- Commissions / Net Profit - I don't like systems...
