I have used both AMP-CQG on Ninja and CQG IC....
I have used both AMP-CQG on Ninja and CQG IC. AMP-CQG dom-data is updating much, much slower than CQG data. CQG data also shows you all the levels available from the exchange. For example CME futures...

As far as I know (having used both AMP-CQG and CQG IC) the API is only available for CQG IC customers. CQG IC is quite expensive though.
Edit: Also AMP-CQG (Ninjatrader) data is not nearly as fast...
