Right click the x in the upper right hand corner,...

Right click the x in the upper right hand corner, just like you would for any application (in windows)
A message will appear asking if you want to close tos. Click "Yes".

I believe it's for that symbol. I don't draw all that much on my charts these days.

Yes.

The file is in the programfiles86 folder under TDA / workspace.username

Yes. Click 'Setup' and then 'Save Workspace as'. ...

Yes. Click 'Setup' and then 'Save Workspace as'.

Then anytime things get reset, you can load your saved workspace
and everything will be back to exactly how it was when you saved the workspace.
