if you're in the paper side of things then it...

if you're in the paper side of things then it shouldn't matter ubt if you're logged in live and us ondemand then you'll need to use the contract month and year in the ticker e.g . /CLJ19

if you're truly logged into the paper platform then there should be little to no difference besides the obvious easy fills.
Did you start a support que? They answer damn nearly immediately any...
