I have double checked. The Developing VPOC function does not apply to smaller Custom Ranges.
Please see attached Chart of ES this morning. I am based in the UK....

Also, seems the Developing VPOC function only applies to the Session/Periodic Profile.
i.e. not the smaller/custom Range - which is what I need.
Shame.
