I don't think anyone is saying he was not an intelligent professional. He did open multiple accounts and he was banned for that. Initially , it was a temporary ban.

And, no, this is not the norm...

I use them.

Had some initial problems with the risk parameters for TT, but they were all cleared up very quickly ( < hour ).

Other than RanWeb , which does suck, they are fine.
