it is a prerelease, they had a notification popup...

it is a prerelease, they had a notification popup before but others complained because they have no intention of installing a beta and mess up their real chart so that is why you dont get...

I use OEC feed somehow 671 turn itself off so I reinstall 659. I am not worry about losing chart templates as they are auto backup for each session.
