Thats by design :)... It sets the window to the active window when the mouse enters but does nothing when the mouse exits. (setting another sierra window to the active one ).

Thats exactly it :). if it doesnt have focus when you change any study , i mistakingly saves the menu (which is NULL as it is removed when not having focus). And then there are no menu to bring back...
