Maybe it is a good idea to clarify with support...
Maybe it is a good idea to clarify with support at NT brokerage or ask NinjaTrader in order to make things more clear...
They have always been very responsive when I got any issue or question.

According to the NT rates PDF, the total amount of commission and fees is $1.94 per side for lifetime license holders.
So the total RT amount for one E-Mini contract is two times $1.94 = $3.88.

The clearing fee for one E-Mini contract is $2.46 RT.
And starting on June 1st, CME increases routing fee from $0.20 to $0.30 RT.
