That is what he is writing in his book, Value in time.
That to be able to calculate effective volume you need to do that on 1 minute data.

Hello,

Is it possible in Ninja Trader to construct daily indicator, that is using 1-minute data for that day to calculate daily value?

I was looking for already made effective volume indicator...
