I changed RangeNoGap chart Period.Type to resolve...

I changed RangeNoGap chart Period.Type to resolve conflict.

RangeNoGap's new id is Custom2.

Updated zip file with new id has been uploaded to futures.io (formerly BMT) 's Misc version 7download...
