I would suspect though this depends on the...

I would suspect though this depends on the current market regime though. I would imagine this would be flipped on a 60 minute ES chart during the crisis.

There is an ok preview of Patterns of Speculation...

There is an ok preview of Patterns of Speculation on google books although its a bit deceptive as none of the math heavy parts are in the preview.
