If the Draw() methods are causing your charts to update, then you can do similar caching/short cutting to only call it once in your indicators, or only when the anchor point changes.

First, Plot() does not get called for every tick. It can, but if there is a burst of ticks, the Plot() call should get delayed and only called after the display update interval specified in the chart...
