It is, but PATs doesn't hold a monopoly on having old systems out there. Some key infrastructure in this business is still on W2003 and I've heard stories of some stuff still running on W2K servers....

Hi All,

Some people I'm working with have PATs (PAT Systems) as their only commercially-viable front end to their broker. Its complicated, but it is what it is.
