how did you manage to add the Initial Balance and...

how did you manage to add the Initial Balance and the Period OHLC-Variable Period to the DOM?

I don't see them available in the Studies Available column

you have to play with the scale settings, you can...

you have to play with the scale settings, you can start with something like keep the last bar within view and 10 in the ticks from edge field
