You divide the day into 6 periods, and they alternate directions?
For example:

09:30 -> 10:00 UP
10:00 -> 10:45 DOWN
10:45 -> 12:45 UP

If you check how much they had to drop the dollar, we should have been up double digit on the ES... but we barely gained 5 points to 1407.75$. This reassures me on my longer term...
