This was taken by a friend of mine during calmer weather conditions. Looking through a hollowed out iceberg at Lake Michigan in Grand Haven, Mi. This is 20 minutes north up the coast from me.

I have city water. So far so good. The main lines I believe are buried 12-15' below the surface. So as long as frost doesn't get that deep, we're still drinking water and flushing the toilets....

I live 55 miles north up the coast from St. Joe. It's extremely cold for this area. Wind chill temps hitting -30 to -35 for a few days now. Looks like some relief coming starting on Wednesday.
