It changes colour. If you set the threshold to say 25, then when the ADX value is below 25 the box is RED, and when it is above 25 the box turns GREEN.

I have found the problem of the ATR numbers. It was my stupid mistake. I use on one CLOSE=TRUE and on the other CLOSE=FALSE. So of course there is a difference. IT now works perfectly. ...
