I've had this issue since I started using NT. ...

I've had this issue since I started using NT. There tech said that it's my system clock out of sync.

In other words, they have no idea.

NT for the most part is one of the buggiest...

NT for the most part is one of the buggiest programs I've ever used - and I have the holy grail of computers. You learn it's quirks and get used to it with time.

Hopefully NT8 is an improvement,...
