Update Bollinger Universal Indicator

Have updated the indicator today. It now comes with paint bars. The plot can be displaced and the colors will now shift accordingly. Further the Ehlers and Gauss filters were updated, the moving mode...

The opacity of the area can take values between 0 and 10.

If you select 10, the color is intransparent, if you select 5, it is half-transparent, and if you select 0, the area is not being shaded....
