if (Time[0].Date == DateTime.Now.AddDays(-1).Date) ...

-> but you might run into trouble with weekends and holidays

If you have defined a DateTime object myDateTime...

If you have defined a DateTime object myDateTime you can check whether its date falls on today via

if ( myDateTime.Date == DateTime.Now.Date)
