You are not entirely correct. The Ichimoku indicator uses a displacement of 26 periods for the cloud.
Just for fun I have designed a fake Ichimoku indicator which use exponential moving averages...

The SMMA version, which I found on Big Mike's Forum is neither the Useless nor the Simple SMMA, but it is a variation of the Useless SMMA. Let us have a look at the code again:
