Click that little F button again. Then save your...

Click that little F button again. Then save your chart template and workspace.

Now it should stay in autoscale mode.

Press the little F button in the top right corner...

Press the little F button in the top right corner and it will autoscale.

You can further select upper and lower margin for the chart by clicking the right side of the y axis with your right mouse...
