The issue wasn't that automation will not place...

The issue wasn't that automation will not place a trade, but that no strategies will even evaluate from a backtest either. Meaning something is very broke with this installation.

I deleted MC...

Ok i have tryed everything, MC support doesn't know. The server folks don't know and the developer doesn't knpw either why SA does not send orders to my OEC platforn on my windows 2008 R2 server.
