The Account Groups solution is only available in NT7. They dropped it from NT8 due to lack of use.
Bummer, in my opinion, but my opinion isn't what they go by.

I think the $150 just refers to the fee for a Combine, not taking that amount of capital and boosting it up to $10K by trading it. That would be pretty awesome, but also not very likely....
