Big Thanks to everbody, but problem was as usually between keyboard and chair. I set up Alert in chart settings TAB instead of Alert Tab in Study settings.
Now everything works fine, aqain thanks to...

I added study Color Bar Based On Alert Condition...
I added study Color Bar Based On Alert Condition and left default settings. In Chart settings, Alerts Tab in Alert Condition I wrote syntax =ABS(O-C)>=TICKSIZE*5 for YM.
