I would send TOS support the link to the chart and explain the error.
I did that in the past for other...

Some info on Java & TOS:
1/ TOS uses its own java JRE (On windows 7, you can find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\thinkorswim\jre)
So you can install/de-install any java version on your PC it won't...
