Quick question on gold
Is there a concept of an Opening range for Gold.. I am trying to identify the trend in gold for scalps.. wondering if there is a concept of an opening range or something like generally if Gold is up...

bounced off that 5 min downward trendline all day
came back to touch the 1326 Fri morning.. bounced off.. came back.. bounced off and then finally broke through a few times
What i am amazed with is the 5 min downward sloping trendline.. bounced...

So assume u had entered somewhere during the big...
So assume u had entered somewhere during the big drop say around 1288 or so then your stop would be 1292 - 1 point the top of the zone above and let's say u had gone long after the bounce to 1284...

nice thread - question on Cumulative delta for Gold
Have you tried using Cumulative Delta on a 1min bar? Doesnt seem to be having the same effect as some of the other commodities like CL or NG
