I think there are alternatives, like visualquant, but maybe not so organized simple and ready to go, but I have no experiece with this kind of platforms.

Oh, ok, I read now that Tickit at the moment does not accept new customers 'till further notice TickIt Trading Systems : FAQs (http://tickit.com/faq.html#q1).....

Ja, I know it was purchased from TT, but I think it is still available for retail traders and some brokers , afters the joint with TT, propose it as automated platform.
