Perhaps it's best to stay away from shady brokers, whatever a broker can achieve with VDP is also achievable with special hidden software on their servers if they want to, I seriously doubt that any...

It is indeed, but if you trade using the higher time frames it will do the job, I wouldn't use it for intra-day trading.

Oanda does have a 5 candle week server for the MT4 platform, just called them and ask them to change your account from fxtrade to mt4. The server is called OANDA-GMT+2 Live.
