I just prefer recordings. Especially if you look at a few markets together. If watching the ES for instance one might also have charts of the YM and NQ up to see how they are all moving...

Also recommend screen recording your trading sessions so you can replay them at weekends. I tend to focus on trades that went badly and could of been handled better etc. and review...
