I increased the window and right clicking still...

I increased the window and right clicking still does nothing.

The entire window is clear.
There is no chart or anything showing on it.

What kind of window/chart is this?

The toolbar provides no options(all grayed out) when the smaller chart has the focus.

Anyone have code for a custom study overly that will allow me to show an arrow or dot anywhere on the chart and not just the bar that the alert condition occurred on?
