I don't think it is I think I have delayed just for non subscribed shares indices. I have a few hard to get data on shares as in non standard German small caps. (Don't ask!)

No you dont just use delayed data which is free...

No you dont just use delayed data which is free as far as i recall that is configurable within the user accounts.

Deeper data im unsure but i do notice they have recently added the book in...
