kept to my time minimum for today (45 minutes), but took 1 extra trade. so, kind of following rules and discipline, although a lot of room for improvement.

Okay, so I decided this morning to limit my trading to:
Thu - 30 minutes / 2 trades
Fri - 45 minutes / 3 trades
Mon - 60 minutes / 4 trades
etc., up to 105-120 minutes

+1.00/+2.25 should have held on longer, exited too early as was anxious to get back loss from prior trade, went on for another 6 pts, should have been the trade...

Going back to the ES for a slower more liquid market. Keeping the charts for triggers and using Jigsaw tools for order flow info to enter/exit.

data connection issues

I had data/connection issues twice. Didn't get into the market until 9:50, and lost my connection & data again about 25 minutes later. Anyway, I took 4 trades:
