Perhaps you are correct in what is displayed will have any significance.

On one of the indicator set the SCALE...
On one of the indicator set the SCALE JUSTIFICATION to OVERLAY.
Also turn off the PRICE MARKERS =false.
That will make one indicator overlay the other.
