It seems that with CQG, the basic order itself is...

It seems that with CQG, the basic order itself is held either at the exchange or CQG servers - which is good.

If internet connect goes down and TP is hit, OCO does not kick in as it is generated...

CQG
Orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the exchange. If the exchange does not support a specific order type, the order will be active on the CQG servers.

As it pertains to NT...

Are a trade's Entry, SL and TP orders saved at the exchange or on the PC.

If I lose internet connectivity, is a call to the trading desk required?
