Zenfire API is in development. Once it is out-it will be supported by MultiCharts.
At the moment MultiCharts is using Rithmic API to maintain Ritmic and Zenfire connections.

This issue is machine particular.
It does not affect all Rithmic/Zenfire users running MultiCharts.
We are working on this issue together with Rithmic API Support and doing our best to resolve it...
