It was similar to that, if not exactly that. The strategy also used weekly and monthly VWAPs and standard deviations on all of them for add in points if you are comfy with that.

The VPOC (Volume point of control) is computed over any time period you like in IRT, If you want 1 per session you can, updating in real time. It is equivalent to the PVP in ensign.

PVP is the name of the PVP RTX indicator in Investor RT. It stands for price volume pattern I think. I can double check in the morning.
