If running this in an OnBarUpdate() on a 1 tick...
If running this in an OnBarUpdate() on a 1 tick bar is not good enough then you could use events, it should be fast enough.
If simple ATI doesn't work something is broken somewhere: Ninja DB, .Net...

We don't have a direct access to our clients...
We don't have a direct access to our clients servers: we can stop/start/reboot/reset them but we can't log on to read their files or start/stop any program.
