Yes, it works with b19 too. But only my NT6.5 have the regular license, my NT7 have a demo license number (as it is only for sim or coding).

I don't know what's wrong with your vendor...
I don't know what's wrong with your vendor license (for me the problem is not caused by the VM, and external license server is unable to know if it's a VM or a physical machine asking for a license),...
