Ok, so I tried it out and got the red Bad Size...
Ok, so I tried it out and got the red Bad Size square... I made the program window smaller and took the picture again and it worked... so.... literally, it's a "bad size"... has to be smaller.

You wrote charts, I'm guessing you mean chats...
You wrote charts, I'm guessing you mean chats from the chat room as in the title. I'm on a mac, I just selected it, right click copy and paste works. Not sure if this is what you are trying to do....
