Gotta say, imho, the quality of TopstepTrader has dropped significantly.
They used to support NinjaTrader. No more.
They used to have contact through email. No more.
You used to be able to communicate with a real person. No more.
Now everything is handled by "Windy."
Any question is now referred back to "Windy."
Sad and Disappointing.

This appears to be old news as I just saw their TopStep Trader thread was Closed several years ago.

I'm 100 % with you!

I traded many many years with them and it was a great prop, fantastic support-team and everything worked fine and they always had a solution for any problem. At the time they forced us to use TopstepX I left them, also the support was at this time already horrible, with this "stupid" Windy.
