thanks for your suggestion. I am bored all day long, and I am very grateful that you have found something which will occupy me for some time.
Unfortunately, there is enough work involved in maintaining my own set of free indicators, so I won't mow my neighbors garden.

Received this email from from ForexFactory early this morning.
"Hi Todd,
Thanks for the inquiry and I am pleased to report that the xml links is back
up and running once again. We regret any possible inconvenience as we were
conducting maintenance. Thank you for your understanding and please feel
free to contact me anytime you experience any issues on the site my friend.
Cheers and trade well!"
Obviously the issues still exists. My guess is that one or more of the sources he uses to create his data is having issues which is creating issues for the ForexFactory team. Just my guess.
Good news is that they will still be supporting our News Event Data.

change ffNewsUrl variable from
"http://cloud.forexfactory.com/ffcal_week_this.xml"
to
"http://www.forexfactory.com/ffcal_week_this.xml"
have to do that in the variable section of the code

I use the add in that rests at the bottom of the screen. It has not worked since the 18th. Screen shot attached.
I tried MWinfry's solution and it compiled the indie but this is still not working....
I think this is just an add in for the indie referenced in this thread but I like this version so much better.
Any ideas......and by the way, I think this is an xml file and not a cs file.....see second attachment...
Sure would appreciate any help you guys could give...
Thanks

I don't know about the add in version, but for JtEconNews2 and TSEcoNews those are cs files that need to be changed. didn't even have to restart nt7.

I got the jtEconnews2 working no problem....i just dont like it on the chart like that. I have FatTails volatility bands on with the daily range displayed there.....so the jtEconNewsReaderv1 displays the same data at the bottom of the chart....
here are the files if anyone wants to look at them. I think this is all that is needed....
