Yes......I did as Silvestor suggested ......it compiled fine BUT........for some reason it does not appear as a possible indicator to be selected in my list.....so.......I was thinking I'd just start over and see if that solved the problem.
I see you're trading 6A. are you using pivots for support and resistance? the reason I ask is because normally currency traders prefer fibs.
for index futures, the underlying has an opening and a close. so you can calculate those pivots. but for currency futures it's a bit different. fx is more or less a 24 hour market.
No worries. Yes I do use pivots. But pivots are not calculated by some indicator. I place pivots manually from Daily Notes - Metrics for Day Traders website. So far I have experienced that currencies are respecting these pivot values, so I am assuming it's safe to use them, unless someone else has different experience.

No trades today. I was busy in morning. When I logged in afternoon, market was too choppy to trade. So I decided to stay away. Have a good weekend everyone.
I read a lot about crashes and the jtEcoNews indicator. I'm not using it, so I don't know what's wrong. I've seen fat tails made some other changes to the indicator. those changes are not in the file I posted. so maybe it's better to use the modified indicator from fat tails.
