can anybody recommend or confirm the signals on a double-inside day trade? do you use any of the inside days for support/resistance ? or continue to use the outside day for support/resistance?

a pattern called inside day...but a double pattern with two inside days

An inside day, followed by another inside day

It is shows consolodation over 2 days and often the break out is a good move. But with inside bars you also often get a fake out then a break out.

They can be traded. If you get a good one IMO you need to get a multi R win, because there will be a good % of losers.
