Multi Timeframe Price Indicator

Hello everybody I saw in a forex video on youtube a Multi Timeframe Price Indicator (see attachment) and I liked it, but I never saw a indicator like that. Somebody know where I can download a similar indicator for NT7 Thanks a lot regards Michael
