...for only $605!

How bad can it be since its made by Sun Microsystems and backed by the behemoth Oracle now?

OOOh baby, 1600 lines on a 24"-er!

I'm a coward though. I need some feedback and/or reviews.

Wow 605 for a monitor? Im no expert in monitors but wt is so special about this one? I went to frys yesterday to look at monitors because I need one as well. All the prices were from $200-$300 but nothing near $600. If your just going to use for trading I would advise to look for something cheaper.

What is special is the 1600 pixels vertical resolution. Most monitors now are 1920x1080 pixels, wich is the HDTV resolution. Good graphics monitors are 1920x1200, wich gives you a bit more real estate vertically.
Now if this 1920x1600 is true, that would give you a lot of screen space, though with smaller fonts and graphics...

I don't see the advantage, for half the price you can get 2 monitors at 1920x1200 that is +33% of vertical resolution

Get monitors with Display Ports as an option. DVI and VGA are going dead in 3 years.

Beware with SUN/Oracle hardware.
If their screens is as bad as their high-end servers (compare to the previous generations), you may have some problems.
And I've not talking about the support, which is now invisible...
