It seems that the old blog chat is getting phased out and the chat on this forum is taking it's place. That's great.

I thought that having the "# of users on-line" was a nice feature of the old chat. Any comments?

Also, if this chat could have the option to turn on or off the clicking sound when there is a new entry, that would be great. I know that several people really liked hearing that clicking sound 500 times an hour and others hated it.

Just a suggestion for the suggestion box.

I don't hear a click on the new chat. What browser are you using? I'm using Firefox. Hopefully some other users will chime in here.. no pun intended...

I will ask the author of the chatbox if he can add the feature to show how many people are currently chatting. For now, the best you can do is click the Who's Online option at the very bottom of the forum and see their status.

I'm using internet explorer as my browser.

Regarding the clicking sound...normally I didn't like it at all but in off hours when I have the trading forum minimized, it would be nice to be able to hear the click so I know someone posted something on the chat.

Regarding the "users chatting"... if the chat guy can make that happen...great... if not...it's not a huge deal.
