What are the mental traits a successful trader must posses?

... I learned what it felt like to trade and win in a string, ride the market surf. The take-away, was the feeling. That experience cannot be measured. Now that i know what it feels like I have not only the confidence that it can be done but the experience of feeling it.

I think you have been given a rare gift with this experience.

Currently, I have trouble creating the visualization of myself being in the zone. It would be so much easier if I had had a day like yours. I appreciate you sharing this experience with the board, and so by extension, with me. I am going to take what you have shared and try again to create a visualization for myself of being in the zone.
